Just look at the MG Cyberster’s taillights, where clearly – à la Mini – one Union Jack in can be recognized. According to MG, there are some clear hints to the classic MG B in the Cyberster’s design, but we don’t see them, to be honest. The round headlights would hark back to those of the iconic roadster of yesteryear, and yes … err … they were indeed round.
LED headlights open when turned on
Funny detail about the MG Cyberster is that the headlights are ‘closed’ when they are off and only daytime running lights are needed. The ‘Magic Eyes’, as MG calls them, open when turned on. Furthermore, the Cyberster is very Chinese. In terms of design, it is all just too much, but at the same time also just too meaningless.

Electric MG Cyberster achieves a range of 800 kilometers
The MG Cyberster is at the Shanghai auto show on April 21 (which apparently continues despite corona). Technical information about the car is not yet known. MG only reports that the Cyberster goes to 100 km / h in less than 3.0 seconds and has an electric range of 800 kilometers.
