Spa Grand Prix, the organizer of the Belgian GP, has today put on sale a limited number of new tickets for the 2023 Belgian GP. It is striking that the tickets have become even more expensive.
Last year we already wrote that organizer Spa Grand Prix had significantly increased the ticket prices for the Belgian GP for the 2023 edition (Read: Tickets for the 2023 Belgian GP much more expensive). Spa Grand Prix also confirmed the trend that ticket prices for the F1 races in 2023 are a lot more expensive than in recent years.
That is not entirely surprising because the GP of Belgium in 2022, like many other F1 races last year, was completely sold out. Given that the contract was only extended for one year, there was also a rush for the tickets for the GP of Belgium 2023 and the tickets were sold out in a few weeks.
Spa Grand Prix then decided to add an extra ‘Silver grandstand’, but that too quickly sold out despite the hefty cost price for the tickets. Only some tickets for Friday or Saturday were for sale, but now Spa Grand Prix has put the very last number of tickets on sale.
These are so-called ‘Bronze tickets’, but what is striking is that the ticket prices have risen even more. Where Bronze tickets for the GP of Belgium originally had to cost 185 euros for the full three-day race weekend, the new very last ‘Bronze tickets’ now cost 210 euros per ticket. For 185 euros you can now only come and watch the race on Sunday.
Prices last tickets GP of Belgium 2023:
Weekend: 210 euros (Fri-Sat-Sun)
Saturday: 135 euros
Sunday: 185 euros
