Vivo will officially unveil the X100s, X100s Pro, and X100 Ultra on May 13, which is next Monday. The prices for all three phones have recently been leaked, and a new leak on Weibo today provides details about the screens and batteries of these phones.
The X100s is rumored to have a “1.5K” resolution panel made by Visionox. It will be powered by MediaTek’s Dimensity 9300+ SoC, along with vivo’s own V2 graphics chip. The X100s will feature a 5,100mAh battery with support for 100W wired charging.

The X100s Pro will share its chipset, screen resolution, and display panel provider with the X100s. It will feature the V3 graphics chip and will also support 100W wired charging, along with adding 30W wireless charging for its 5,400mAh battery.
Lastly, the X100 Ultra camera sample is rumored to have the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset, paired with vivo’s V3+ chipset. The display will be a “2K” one made by Samsung, and the phone will have a 5,500mAh battery with support for 80W wired and 30W wireless charging.
