One of the features of the flagship smartphone HUAWEI Pura 70 Ultra is the new Kirin 9010 processor. However, there is no information about this chip on the official website. But the first owners of the device have already managed to study it and even test it in benchmarks.
As it turns out, the Kirin 9010 is made using a 7-nm process technology and contains 12 cores: two high-performance cores with a frequency of 2.30 GHz, six cores with a frequency of up to 2.18 GHz, and four energy-efficient cores with a frequency of 1.55 GHz. The chip is very similar to the Kirin 9000 used in the HUAWEI Mate 60 series, but with slightly higher frequencies. However, in benchmarks, the new processor is noticeably superior to the previous model.
In AnTuTu version 10.2.4, the HUAWEI Pura 70 Ultra scored 980 thousand points. For comparison, the Mate 60 based on Kirin 9000 produced about 700,000 points. In Geekbench 6.2, the smartphone showed 1447 points in the single-core test and 4765 in the multi-core test. The Kirin 9000 scored around 1350 and 4200 points, respectively.
Now all that remains is to wait for real tests, including gaming ones.
