Formula 1 has only been running at full speed for four rounds, and the 2025 calendar is already here. The next season will have 24 races, just like this year, and will kick off in Australia, just like in the good old days. The Belgian Grand Prix, traditionally held at the mythical Spa-Francorchamps, will take place at the end of July.
No surprises or changes on the calendar for 2025: the same 24 Grands Prix will be held in the next year as is the case this season. On March 16, the F1 drivers will rev their engines for the first time after a lengthy winter break in Melbourne. A week later, the premier class of motor racing heads to China, this year round five of the world championship and also the next on the schedule.
Because Ramadan starts on March 1 next year, the races in Bahrain and Saudi Arabia – this year's season openers – will be moved to April.
GP of Belgium on July 27
The Belgian Grand Prix will take place next year on the weekend of July 25 to 27. A week later it is up to Hungary and Budapest to organize a GP before the summer break. A month later, the drivers resume the season at our northern neighbors in Zandvoort, one of the most anticipated events – due to the dominance of Max Verstappen and the popularity of F1 in the Netherlands – on the calendar.
The season will once again conclude with a triple-header, consisting of Las Vegas, Qatar and Abu Dhabi on December 7.
