Have you set up your Samsung Galaxy Watch for the wrong wrist? If so, using the watch becomes much less enjoyable. You can find out how to resolve this issue here.
Samsung Galaxy Watch not set up properly?
Do you wear your Samsung Galaxy Watch on your left or right wrist? You indicate this when you first set up your smartwatch because it also determines the side of the buttons. By default, the buttons are located on the right side, but you can also wear the Galaxy Watch ‘upside down’ with the buttons on the left side.
Do you want to adjust this, for example, if you have selected the wrong setting by mistake? In such cases, the interface of your Galaxy Watch may appear in reverse. You can easily correct this, but you need to know where to find the required setting.
You can adjust the ‘direction’ of your Galaxy Watch using the smartwatch itself or the Galaxy Wearable app on your paired phone. Here, we discuss both methods.
- Take your Galaxy Watch and open the settings;
- Swipe down and select ‘General’;
- Continue swiping down until you reach ‘Direction’.
Here, you can set the wrist on which you wear your watch and the button position.
If you use the Galaxy Wearable app, follow these steps:
- Open the Galaxy Wearable app on your phone, ensure your smartwatch is connected, and tap ‘Watch Settings’;
- Go to ‘General’ as well;
- Under ‘Direction’, select a wrist and button position, and the screen orientation will adjust automatically.
