Huawei is set to launch the P70 series on April 2, according to a leaked screenshot. The image surfaced on Weibo and was quickly followed by other leaks, revealing key specifications of the entire series.
According to a user, there will be at least four variants – Huawei P70, P70 Pro, P70 Pro+, and P70 Art. We cannot confirm if these specs and images are real, as our regular sources have remained silent on the matter. Therefore, it is advisable not to assume anything just yet.
Huawei P70 Pro, probably a fan version
All phones in the series are expected to feature the Kirin 9000S chipset. This SoC is built on the 7 nm process technology by SMIC, and there are ongoing investigations into whether the manufacturer violated US export rules.
We are finding it challenging to decipher the full spec sheet, which is not only in Chinese but also low resolution. Here are some details we were able to make out:
