Motorola will be launching the Edge 50 Pro on Flipkart in India on April 3. The anticipation surrounding this phone is growing, and a prototype has now appeared on Geekbench 6, making its way into the Geekbench online database.
The phone achieved a single-core score of 1,097 and a multi-core score of 3,114 with its Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 chipset. While Motorola has been teasing the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 in China, the Edge 50 Pro seems to have stuck with the 7 Gen 3. This indicates it may not be a mere rebranded Chinese X50 Ultra.
The tested prototype boasts 12GB of RAM and operates on Android 14. Motorola has already confirmed some key specifications through its teaser microsite, including a 6.7-inch “1.5K” 144 Hz POLED display “validated by Pantone,” with a peak brightness of 2,000 nits, a built-in fingerprint sensor, and a 50 MP main rear camera.
