Samsung introduced the Galaxy F14 in March of last year, so the release of the Galaxy F15 is rapidly approaching, even though it has not been officially announced yet. However, a prototype F15 5G recently underwent Geekbench testing and achieved a 690 single-core score and a 1,752 multi-core score.
The prototype is expected to run Android 14 and come with One UI 6. It currently has 4GB of RAM, but Samsung may offer additional memory options when the phone is officially released.
Although the specific chipset is not mentioned in the Geekbench database, it is rumored that the F15 will be equipped with MediaTek’s Dimensity 6100+ based on reported processor clock speeds. This chipset was previously seen in the Galaxy A15 5G, which was launched in December of last year.
If the pattern continues from the previous model, it is likely that the F15 5G will share the A15 5G’s chipset, given that the F14 was essentially a rebranded version of the A14 5G with a larger battery. If this holds true, the Galaxy F15 5G may feature a 6.5-inch 90 Hz AMOLED display, a triple rear camera setup (50 MP main, 5 MP ultra-wide, 2 MP macro), a 13 MP selfie camera, and a 6,000 mAh battery.
