Following the flagships, Samsung intends to introduce a couple of more affordable smartphones in the Galaxy A line – we are talking about the Galaxy A35 and A55 models. And today new details about the new products have appeared online.
Both the smartphones were found in the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) database with model numbers SM-A356E/DS and SM-A556E/DS respectively. The latter also appeared on the Samsung website for the UAE, but there are no details about it there. It is expected that smartphones will receive characteristics and functions that were previously available only in more advanced models: the Galaxy A55 is credited with a body with a metal frame and a triple rear camera with 50 MP (main), 12 MP (ultra-wide-angle), and 5 MP (macro) sensors. The front camera will have a resolution of 32 megapixels. The basis of the smartphone will be the Exynos 1380 chip with Xclipse 530 graphics based on AMD RDNA2 architecture.
Galaxy A35 will be powered by the same chip as the older model. Also mentioned are 6 GB of RAM, a rear camera with a 50 MP sensor, an updated display design with narrower frames and a round cutout for the front camera sensor.
Both smartphones will have a 5000 mAh battery with support for 25 W fast charging and a body design element that the company calls Key Island. It is a small raised area on the side where the physical volume and power keys are located.
There is no other information about the Galaxy A35 and A55 yet. The date of the presentation is also unknown.
