Samsung has recently launched the 4G versions of the Galaxy F14 and the Galaxy M14. Last March, the 5G versions were introduced, and now, interestingly, the 4G-only versions are on their way. The Galaxy M14 4G has a support page live at Samsung India, and both it and the Galaxy F14 4G’s manuals have also been found.
It’s important to note that these devices are likely the exact same device sold under different names at different retailers, as was the case with the Galaxy F14 5G and Galaxy M14 5G. The only difference between the two 5G versions is that the former does not opt for the latter’s depth sensor on the back.

The Galaxy M14 4G has the model number SM-M146B, while the Galaxy F14 4G has the model number SM-E146B. Both will feature the same design language that Samsung has been using for over a year for all its devices, regardless of price point.

Both devices will have the power button doubling as the fingerprint sensor and a single downward-facing speaker, as well as NFC support. Unfortunately, specifications for the devices haven’t been released yet, so it’s unclear what the differences between the M14 5G and F14 5G will be.
Both devices will feature a 6.6-inch 1080×2408 LCD touchscreen with a 90 Hz refresh rate, the Exynos 1330 SoC, 4/6 GB RAM, 64/128 GB storage, a 50 MP main camera, a 13 MP selfie camera, and a 6,000 mAh battery with support for 25W wired charging.
