The Visa Cash App RB team today announced three new key players to its team: Tim Goss, Guillaume Cattelani and Alan Permane join the team.
The addition of Goss, Cattelani and Permane gives the Visa Cash App RB team, or VCARB, additional technical experience. That experience will be needed to move VCARB, the former Toro Rosso, further to the front of the starting grid.
Alan Permane, who was dismissed by Alpine in mid-2023, will join the team with immediate effect. After a few months away from Formula 1, nothing stands in the way of Permane getting back into it. Unlike Permane, Tim Goss is not yet allowed to work at VCARB. Goss only left the FIA at the beginning of 2024 and will therefore only start working for the team in October.
Guillaume Cattelani in turn switches from sister team Red Bull Racing to VCARB. There, Cattelani will focus on Aerodynamics, Vehicle Performance and technology. Cattelani's many years of experience are undoubtedly an added value for VCARB.
