The Realme GT5 Pro is set to be a powerful flagship, and it looks like the GT series is about to get another addition, according to the latest leak. The Realme GT Neo 6 is reportedly in the works and will feature a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset and an aluminum frame. The price of this phone is expected to be under CNY2,000, which is just $275. While phones are typically cheaper in China than in the West, this still represents the lowest price point for that Qualcomm chip.

We believe we’ve already seen the GT Neo 6, and it looked a lot like the GT5, which also has a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2. Interestingly, the cheaper variant of the GT5 with 150W charging started at CNY3,000 (about $410), which makes us wonder where Realme will cut corners to lower the price.
Realme released the GT Neo 5 (available globally as GT3) earlier this year, while its predecessor, the GT Neo 3, was launched in the first quarter of 2022. The company seems to be taking its time with the GT Neo devices, so it wouldn’t be surprising to see the GT Neo 6 arrive next year. For now, all eyes are on the GT5 Pro, which should be released soon.
