The iQOO brand introduces a trio of new devices targeting the mid-range segment. Leading the pack is the Z9 Turbo with its design inspired by the iQOO 12, Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chipset, and a 6,000mAh battery with 80W fast charging. The vanilla Z9, not to be confused with the one launched in India, features a Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 chip and the same 6,000mAh battery with 80W fast charging. The Z9x is the affordable entry with a Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 SoC and 44W charging.

The Z9 Turbo stands out as the most capable performer in the trio, thanks to its Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chipset, which is also paired with a display chip that helps reduce strain during intensive gaming sessions. Z9 Turbo also features a larger vapor chamber, faster UFS 4.0 storage, and LPDDR5X RAM compared to UFS 2.2 and LPDDR4X on the Z9 and Z9x.
All three phones run OriginOS 4 based on Android 14 and come with IP64 ingress protection.
The iQOO Z9 Turbo starts at CNY 1,999 ($275) for the 12/256 GB variant and comes in black, white, and green colors. Open sales in China are scheduled to start on April 29.
