Samsung has just launched the Galaxy C55 in China, seemingly without much hype or fanfare. This new phone is very similar to the Galaxy M55, except for the addition of two new leather-trimmed rear panels in vibrant Orange and sleek Black.
The standout features of the Galaxy C55 include a large 6.7” OLED display and an impressive 50 MP main camera. It is powered by a Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 chipset and houses a generous 5,000mAh battery. What sets this phone apart is its 45W wired charging speed, the highest in Samsung’s lineup, which matches the capabilities of flagship models like the Galaxy S24 Ultra and surpasses other models such as the Galaxy S24.
For storage, the Galaxy C55 offers a generous 256GB option, while RAM configurations come in either 8GB or 12GB variants, priced at CNY1,999 and CNY2,299 respectively. Currently, the phone is not available for online purchase and can only be bought at physical Samsung Experience stores located across China.
