1. DJ function
Spotify has noticed how TikTokkers’ song edits become popular on the video platform without benefiting the original artists or record labels. To address this, Spotify is introducing DJ functions, allowing premium users to adjust song speeds and share these versions. More advanced remix features will be available with a higher subscription tier.
2. Better audio
Improved audio quality has been a long-awaited feature for Spotify. While other services have long offered lossless audio, Spotify is catching up. Expect better audio quality enhancements, with potential subscription upgrades like ‘Music Pro’ offering lossless music soon.
