Vivo is excited to announce the launch of the new smartphone, the Y200i, priced just over $200. The phone boasts a bright screen with a high refresh rate, a Qualcomm processor, a capacious battery with fast charging support, a camera with a fast lens, and stereo speakers.
The vivo Y200i features a 6.72-inch LCD display with a resolution of 2408 x 1080 pixels, a refresh rate of up to 120 Hz, a peak brightness of 1800 nits, and the ability to display 100% of the DCI-P3 color space. The fingerprint scanner is conveniently built into the side power button.
The hardware platform consists of an eight-core Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 processor, made using a modern 4-nm process technology. The smartphone offers options of 8/12 GB of LPDDR4x RAM and 256/512 GB UFS 2.2 storage. Powering the device is a 6000 mAh battery with support for fast 44-watt charging. Its main camera boasts a 50-megapixel sensor with an f/1.8 lens aperture, while the front module has an 8-megapixel resolution.
Operating on Origin OS 4 based on Android 14, the smartphone also includes stereo speakers and a 3.5mm headphone jack. The device measures 165.70 x 76 x 8.09 mm and weighs 199 g. It also boasts protection against dust and moisture, conforming to the IP64 standard.
In China, the 8/256 GB version is priced around $225, the 12/256 GB at $253, and the 12/512 GB at $282.
