Motorola is set to unveil its Edge 50 series on April 16. The company released a teaser on X, showcasing the theme ‘Intelligence Meets Art’.

The event will feature a trio of smartphones in the Edge 50 series. The Edge 50 Pro, the first member, has already been launched in India and is confirmed to arrive in Europe on April 16. Key highlights include a 6.7-inch 144Hz OLED display, a triple camera setup (50MP primary, 10MP telephoto, and 13MP ultra-wide), Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 processor, and a 4,500mAh battery with 125W wired and 50W wireless charging.
The Motorola Edge 50 Pro will be priced at €699.
The second smartphone, the Motorola Edge 50 Fusion, offers slightly lower specs with a 6.7-inch display, 5,000mAh battery with 68W charging, Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 processor, and a dual rear camera setup. It is expected to cost around £300 or £25,000.
Lastly, the flagship of the range, the Motorola Edge 50 Ultra, features a Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 processor – a lighter version of the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3. With impressive camera capabilities – all 50MP lenses including wide angle, ultra-wide, and 3x periscope zoom – and a 6.7-inch OLED display with a 165Hz refresh rate.
The Edge 50 Ultra may be named as the Motorola Edge+ 2024 or Edge Ultra 2024 in the United States, priced at $999.
