According to rumors, Samsung intends to switch the A-series of Galaxy smartphones to a new design. Another confirmation of this was provided by a reliable insider OnLeaks – he published 3D visualizations and a series of high-quality renders of the Galaxy A55 model even before its premiere.
According to the source, the smartphone will have a body with flat edges and a metal frame, a display with a “flagship” hole for the front camera, and a triple rear “traffic light” module. Thus, with the exception of the thickness of the bezels, it will largely resemble the more expensive S-series models.
The dimensions of the device, according to the insider, will be 161.1 x 77.3 x 8.2 mm. The manufacturer has not yet announced the characteristics of the device. The smartphone is credited with a 6.5-inch AMOLED display with a refresh rate of 120 Hz, an Exynos 1480 processor, 8 GB of RAM, a 50-megapixel camera with OIS, a 32-megapixel front camera and a 5000 mAh battery with fast 25-watt charging. The presentation of the Samsung Galaxy A55 is expected in early 2024.
