According to last week’s poll, the Honor 100 duo has potential, with half of the voters expressing interest in the two phones, but not without some question marks. However, upon reading through the comments, we noticed that the phones also have a critical flaw – the Art Nouveau design.
There were less than positive comments about the appearance of the two phones. It’s uncertain if there’s a consensus on which of the two is better, but it seems like the majority of people don’t like the artistic forms of either model.
Setting the appearance aside, the Honor 100 Pro fared better – a decent number of people like the hardware enough that there’s little to prove it in reviews (though many would still like to see it get the thumbs up before they commit). There is some concern about the availability of the Pro model (the 90 Pro was only launched in China).
The Honor 100 has a lot more to prove. In fact, of the people interested in this model, the majority will wait to make a final decision until detailed reviews of the phone are available.
On the positive side, Honor priced the phones well – only a tenth of voters thought they were too expensive. Of course, we don’t have the official prices for the global market yet, but it should be about the same considering that the Honor 90 and 100 have identical launch prices in China (the new Pro is 3% more expensive).
Honor hasn’t revealed any details about a global launch for the 100 series, so we’ll have to wait and see. Meanwhile, do you think a case can cover up the unattractive design so you can enjoy the powerful hardware without distraction? Feel free to drop us a line in the comments.
