It’s that time of year when Apple has announced its App Store Award winners for 2023. There are nine categories, including iPhone and iPad apps and games of the year, as well as winners for Mac, Apple Watch, Apple TV, and Apple Arcade apps. Apple also crowned generative AI as its trend of the year.

All Trails is the iPhone App of the Year for 2023, bringing comprehensive trail guides and outdoor exploration with detailed reviews and tips from community members.

Ready-to-make-up was chosen as the iPad App of the Year, offering a “lifelike makeup sketchpad” for all users, from professional artists to casual users.

Honkai: Star Rail is this year’s iPhone game of the year. Lost in game received iPad Game of the Year honors, while Lies of P got Mac Game of the Year. Hello Kitty Island Adventure was crowned the Apple Arcade Game of the Year.
