Following the release of the initial photos of the upcoming flagship smartphone Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra, renowned insider Ice Universe shared new details about the device’s design. In particular, the insider revealed the size of the screen bezels, which might be both disappointing and pleasing.
Based on the photo, it seems that the Galaxy S24 Ultra will have a bottom frame the same width as the side frames, which will certainly please fans of symmetry. Additionally, the screen will no longer have curves on the sides. As a result, the side bezel will be noticeably wider compared to the previous Galaxy S23 Ultra and Galaxy S22 Ultra models. It’s evident that the thickness of the metal frame is greater compared to previous generations, potentially increasing the device’s durability. Rumor has it that Samsung will use titanium instead of aluminum this time.
“The front panel design of the S24 Ultra is beautiful,” wrote Ice Universe.
According to rumors, Samsung will unveil the new flagship smartphones on January 17th. There is information that the Galaxy S24 Ultra will feature a new camera with a 50-megapixel resolution, and the company will also return to the practice of using different processors depending on the market. Consequently, the South Korean and US markets are expected to receive the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3, while other countries will have the Exynos 2400.
