The cheapest Zeekr In this price comparison it will challenge its corporate brothers: the Volvo XC40 Pure Electric and the Polestar 2.
Zeekr X
In this post we collect the electric SUVs from Geely, the Chinese parent company of Zeekr, Polestar and Volvo. Lynk & Co is also included, but the 01, so popular in the Netherlands, is a plug-in hybrid and is therefore not allowed to participate. Fortunately, Geely now also has a strong finger in the pie with Smart and the #1 can fill the last spot.
The Zeekr Things like adaptive cruise control, heated seats, a wireless phone charger and an electric tailgate give you the feeling of driving a luxury car. Would the accountants of Polestar and Volvo, who charge much higher prices, complain to mother Geely?

More expensive: Polestar 2
Actually, they’re a bunch of rip-offs at Polestar. For a Polestar 2 with the same power (272 hp) and the same battery (69 kWh) you pay more than 5 grand more. And that’s not it yet, because the systems that the Zeekr X has as standard are spread over two option packages. Adaptive cruise control is included in the Pilot pack of 3000 euros and the Plus pack (5000 euros) contains the rest.

More expensive: Volvo XC40 Electric
It shows goodwill that Volvo is committed to the Volvo XC40 Pure Electric uses the same basic price as Zeekr, namely 45,995 euros. But then you get the basic version with little luxury and Volvo thinks 238 hp is enough. The version you want is called ‘Plus’ and is immediately much more expensive (from 53,495 euros). Then go all-in and upgrade to the largest battery (82 kWh) for another 2000 euros.

Cheaper: Smart #1
The Premium version of the Smart #1 is just as good as the Zeekr X. And with a price of 44,895 euros, it is even slightly cheaper. You do get a slightly smaller battery (66 instead of 69 kWh), but because the Smart is slightly more economical, both cars have an identical driving range of 440 kilometers. So looking at it soberly, the #1 is the best deal.
