This weekend the sprint format will be used in Brazil for the sixth time this season. A format that is increasingly coming under fire after the farce in the US, not least by world champion Max Verstappen. But F1 bosses are hopeful that they can rekindle interest in their toy in 2024. Even if they had to sell the soul of F1 to the devil to do so.
