Lando Norris says he experienced scary moments in the closing stages of the Singapore GP when he tried to stay ahead of George Russell.
The Mercedes driver was chasing Carlos Sainz and Lando Norris in the closing stages of the Singapore GP but on the final lap Russell crashed into the wall and threw away his third place.
Lando Norris says he also experienced scary moments while trying to stay ahead of Russell.
I feel sorry for him, he rode a difficult race, he was the fastest today, said Norris. “The DRS helped me a little bit in the last few corners so I could chill a little bit more,” said Norris.
“Also good points for the whole team including Oscar Piastri.
“But everyone, Carlos, Charles Leclerc, Lewis and George, we pushed each other the whole race. It was stressful, but it paid off.”
