Discover new music, chat with your friends, or engage in battles with little robots. These are the five best Android apps and games for this week.
1. Swipefy for Spotify
Spotify is the most popular music streaming service in the Netherlands. The app offers a lot, such as personalized playlists and ‘smart shuffle’, to provide you with new music based on your preferences. Swipefy for Spotify takes it a step further.
Many listeners judge new songs on Spotify based on the first few seconds, but the best part of a song may come later. Swipefy allows you to listen to the best fragments of a song and rate them by swiping. And because it is linked to your Spotify account, you can easily save the songs you like. Enjoy listening!
2. Little Big Robots: Mech Battle
If you enjoy action-packed mobile games, then you should try Little Big Robots: Mech Battle. In this game, you fight as an armored robot against other online players. Each robot has a different set of weapons with its own advantages and disadvantages. Will you go for precision or power?
You can choose from different game modes, such as four against four, every man for himself, or a battle royale where you have to be the last one standing. You can also play online with friends to conquer the enemy together.
3. Ice
Did you used to play with walkie talkies? Then we have good news for you. With the Buz app, you can easily send voice recordings to friends and family at any time. You don’t even have to have the app open to send or receive a message. This way, you can send or receive a message at the right time.

It’s very simple: add your friends and start talking via the app, notification bar, or pop-up. The recipient will immediately hear what you say. If you miss a message, no problem. You can easily listen back to all voice recordings from a (group) chat via the chat function.
4. Satisfaction Game
Do you enjoy things that are neatly straight, squishing bubble wrap, or popping popcorn? You can do that and more satisfying things in the relaxing mobile game Satisgame. The app is full of easy activities that might make your day just a little bit better.
But make no mistake. Although the game looks simple, it can sometimes be quite challenging. Take on the challenge yourself and download Satisgame from the Google Play Store. Hopefully, it will help you get rid of stress or boredom.
5. PS Remote Play
PlayStation owners, take note. The PS Remote Play app has been updated. With this app, you can stream games from your PlayStation 4 or 5 to your mobile phone. And recently, you can also stream to your Chromecast with Google TV. This way, you can easily play PlayStation games on multiple screens in your home.

The new feature has been incorporated into the PS Remote Play app in the Play Store. Make sure you have a Chromecast with Google TV 4K and not an HD variant. You also need a PlayStation 5 and a controller, of course. For more details, read our recent article. Are you ready for Remote Play? Let’s play!
