Carlos Sainz set the fastest time during the final practice session for the Singapore GP. This meant that a Ferrari driver was the fastest in every practice session. Let’s wait and see whether Ferrari can also take pole position later, Max Verstappen already had a better practice session than yesterday with a fourth fastest time.

After Ferrari managed to end the two practice sessions on Friday with both cars at the top, it was time to see whether Ferrari would also manage to finish at the top during the last practice session. Just like during the first practice session on Friday, the last practice session was held under a setting sun, which is not representative of the conditions during qualifying and the race.

Red Bull had a poorer Friday with a seventh and eighth fastest time. Did the tightening of controls on flexible wings cause a drop in performance or was Red Bull simply playing hide and seek. During this last practice session, everyone had the opportunity to test the limits of the car and the circuit one last time and that again led to many mistakes by the drivers.

Max Verstappen made a mistake but set the fastest time for the time being. However, Verstappen was certainly not the only driver who made a mistake and braked or spun.

Looking for limits is the message, without crashing of course. Some riders go within a few millimeters of the wall.
Not a huge gulf between @alex_albon and the wall!
