Max Verstappen can start the Singapore GP from eleventh place on the starting grid. The Dutchman received two reprimands from the race management but no grid penalty.
After a disappointing qualifying in eleventh place, Max Verstappen seemed to fear that he would also receive a grid penalty. After all, the stewards investigated no fewer than three incidents during qualifying in which he was involved.
Verstappen was reprimanded by the stewards for an incident in the pit lane in which he stood still in the pit lane and drove away too slowly. Max Verstappen was also reprimanded for hindering Yuki Tsunoda. No additional action was subsequently taken for an incident involving Logan Sargeant.
Since there are only two reprimands, Max Verstappen can start the Singapore GP from his original grid position, which is eleventh place.
