Just under a day ago, we discovered the upcoming Samsung Galaxy A25 in the Geekbench online database, and the listing revealed that it will be powered by Samsung’s own Exynos 1280 chipset. Now, less than 24 hours later, there’s already a list of key specifications to check out, thanks to a leakster on X.
According to the leakster, the Galaxy A25 will feature a 6.44-inch AMOLED touchscreen, a 50 MP primary rear camera, 8 GB of RAM, and a 5,000 mAh battery with support for 25W fast wired charging. It seems to be running Android 14 with One UI 6 on top from the very beginning, indicating that it won’t be released anytime soon. In fact, the leakster mentions “in the coming months” without specifying a specific date.

The chipset has also been confirmed, and the screen size of 6.44 inches was leaked in June, along with our first glimpse of the upcoming device through some leaked CAD-based renders.
That leak also provided us with its dimensions: 162 x 77.5 x 8.3 mm. Furthermore, a 3.5mm headphone jack is included. That’s all the information we have about the A25 so far, but stay tuned, and we’ll update you with new information as we receive it.
