Samsung is preparing for several Fan Edition (FE) product launches in the coming months. The upcoming Samsung Galaxy Buds FE was recently listed on the Radio Research Agency (RRA) certification, revealing live images of the upcoming TWS. The upcoming TWS also previously received FCC certification, indicating that the launch is approaching.
Samsung is also working on the Galaxy S23 FE smartphone, which has received multiple certifications, including BIS and TENAA. The support page for the Galaxy S23 FE smartphone recently went live on Samsung’s official website. Samsung is also rumored to be launching the Galaxy Tab S9 FE series tablets soon in India and global markets.
The pricing of the tablet was recently leaked, along with multiple certifications. Prior to these developments, the user manual for the upcoming Galaxy Buds FE has been accessed by GalaxyClub. The user manual for the upcoming TWS confirms the device’s moniker and specifications.
The upcoming TWS is expected to launch alongside the Galaxy S23 FE smartphone. Samsung did not release any TWS during the recently concluded “unpacked” event in South Korea. The latest TWS offering from Samsung is the Galaxy Buds 2, which was announced along with the Galaxy Z Fold 5 smartphone.
The upcoming Galaxy Buds FE will have the model number SM-R400N and a design similar to the Galaxy Buds 2 Pro. The previous RRA certification of the product revealed the same model number and design of the device. The upcoming TWS will have bigger EarPods than the Galaxy Buds 2 Pro, while the wingtip of the forthcoming TWS is similar to the Galaxy Buds+.
The manual also reveals the case design, which features charging indicators inside and outside. The inner charging indicator displays the battery level of the Earbuds, while the outer indicator displays charging information related to the case. Samsung will also equip the TWS with a USB Type-C port.
The company will launch the charging case of the TWS in a glossy finish similar to its predecessor. The user manual confirms that Samsung will equip the TWS with touch controls. The charging case also features an indentation when opening the case.
The South Korean giant will also equip the Fan Edition TWS with two microphones. The user manual does not reveal any specifications regarding the battery size of the upcoming TWS. A report from GalaxyClub suggests that Samsung might price the device between Euro 120 (approximately ₹10,600) and Euro 150 (approximately ₹13,400).
A previous report suggested that Samsung might launch the Galaxy S23 FE, Galaxy Tab S9 FE series, and Galaxy Buds FE in Q4 of 2023. During the event, Samsung is also expected to debut the Galaxy SmartTag and other devices. A recent leak suggests that Samsung might price the Galaxy S23 FE at ₹54,999 for the base variant with 128GB storage, while the 256GB variant of the device is tipped to be priced at ₹59,999.
