According to rumors, Samsung is already preparing to launch the Galaxy A25 smartphone, and its existence was recently confirmed by a reliable source. Test results for the future new product have appeared in the Geekbench database, thanks to which its key hardware specifications have become known.
According to the source, the smartphone with the article number SM-A256B tested in Geekbench 6.1 is based on the Samsung Exynos 1280 processor. The SoC architecture includes four ARM Cortex-A78 and Cortex-A55 cores, as well as a Mali-G68 graphics chip. In a configuration with 8 GB of RAM, the device running Android 14 (One UI 6.0) scored 973 and 2106 points in the single and multi-threaded disciplines, respectively.
Insiders also credit the gadget with a 6.44-inch display, a 5000 mAh battery with 25-watt charging, and a triple rear camera with a sensor resolution of 50 (main), 5 (wide-angle), and 2 MP (depth of field sensor). The presentation date and price of the future new product have not yet been announced by the manufacturer.
