We learned about the Samsung Galaxy A25 5G in June when a set of renders unveiled its design, dimensions, and a 6.44-inch display. Now, the phone has made an appearance on Geekbench, giving us details about its chipset and one of its memory configurations.

A device with model number SM-A256Bbelieved to be the global version of the Galaxy A25 5G, has appeared on a Geekbench listing with an Exynos 1280 SoC, 8GB of RAM, and Android 14. Although the Exynos 1280 itself is not a new chipset, as it was announced over a year ago, it has powered several other Samsung phones.
Unfortunately, the Geekbench listing doesn’t provide any further details. However, previous reports suggest that the device will feature a 50MP main camera, along with a 5MP ultra-wide and 2MP macro unit. It will also have a 5,000 mAh battery with 25W charging support.
