We are aware that the Galaxy S23 FE is just around the corner. Last we heard, Samsung is preparing for a September launch, and an official support page for the device has already been spotted online, indicating that things are definitely progressing.
Now, the highly anticipated S23 FE has finally passed through the TENAA certification authority, providing live photos and additional specification details in the process. As expected, the phone bears a striking resemblance to its flagship non-FE counterparts.

Regarding the specification details, we know that the phone measures 158.0 x 76.5 x 8.2 mm and weighs in at 210 grams. It is quite compact, as previously anticipated from the already known screen diagonal of 6.4 inches. The panel in question will have a Full HD+ resolution of 2340 x 1080 pixels. In case you were wondering, it follows the familiar Samsung 19.5:9 aspect ratio. The TENAA document also confirms that the display supports 16 million colors, or 8-bit color depth, as expected. Previous leaks have indicated that the display should support a 120Hz refresh rate and feature an under-display fingerprint reader.
Rumors have suggested that the S23 FE will come equipped with either a Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 or an Exynos 2200 chipset, depending on the market. The TENAA certified device seems to be powered by the Snapdragon chip, featuring an octa-core CPU configuration and a maximum frequency of 2.99 GHz. It is coupled with 8GB of RAM and, according to the document, either 128GB or 256GB of onboard storage.
