While you might associate 120fps with PCs, Xbox Series X, and PS5, a growing number of mobile games now support this high frame rate. Titles like Wild Rift, Grimvalor, Pokémon GO, and Genshin Impact are just a few examples.
And now, Aether Gazer has joined in the fun on Android. 120fps support was added in its latest update on September 4, along with the new story batch, Chapter 10: Shadow Under Convallaria.
Interestingly, developer Yostar didn’t advertise this new feature. One would think they would be eager to show it off, but apparently not.
It’s worth noting that 120fps support will only be available for certain devices. However, without detailed patch notes, I can’t speculate on the level of power required. You will have to check in the game to see if it works on your device.
How do I Turn on 120fps Support in Aether Gazer?
To enable it, go to settings, tap on display, and select the ‘120’ option. If you’re unable to select it, then it probably isn’t supported on your device.
Aether Gazer is a gacha RPG set in a dystopian future. You recruit characters, form a party, and battle through the storyline.
The story is rather dark. In order to escape the horrors of a war-ravaged future Earth, humanity has uploaded its consciousness to Gaea, an AI world orbiting Earth.
To maintain harmony, the world is divided into ten different zones, each catering to a unique culture and belief system. Sounds intriguing, doesn’t it?
Indeed it does!
Well, it turns out that viruses are threatening to destroy this utopia. So, it’s up to you to fight and save it. That’s essentially what you do in Aether Gazer.
You can download it now on Google Play. I also recommend checking out our Aether Gazer tier list and Aether Gazer codes guides to help you get started.
