Bigger and heavier

The Smart #3 is based on the Sustainable Experience Architecture (SEA) platform, which is also used by, among others Lotus, Polestar and Volvo is used. Smart #3 range
The Smart #3 is equipped with a battery pack of 66 kWh. The Smart #3 range is 455 kilometers (WLTP) for the Premium and 25th Anniversary versions. The entry-level Pro+ has a range of 435 kilometers. Top version Brabus with standard AWD comes 415 kilometers away on a full battery. The maximum charging speed of all four versions is 150 kW. This allows you to charge the Smart #3 in less than half an hour (10-80 percent).
The Smart #3 Pro+, Premium and 25th Anniversary are rear-wheel drive and 272 horsepower. You can reach 100 km/h from standstill in 5.8 seconds. The Smart #3 Brabus is four-wheel drive with an extra electric motor and kicks it up to 428 hp. You can drive 100 km/h in 3.7 seconds. The top speed is 180 km/h, regardless of the version.
The Smart #3 is the heaviest Smart ever, but all versions remain under 2000 kg. The Pro+ weighs 1780 kg, the Premium and 25th Anniversary 1810 kg and the Brabus 1910 kg. The luggage space is 370-1160 liters.
Smart #3 price and delivery time
The Smart #3 will make its European debut at the IAA in Munich, which will be open to the public from 5 September. The Smart #3 will come to the Netherlands in early 2024, but prices have not yet been announced. These are of course higher than those of the Smart #1, which is for sale from 42,395 euros.
