Racing fans in Zandvoort in the Netherlands have not been able to enjoy the sprint race in Formula 2 for long. Already in the second lap, three drivers crashed on the slippery track, after which the race was temporarily stopped. Two minutes after the restart, the game was finally canceled due to insufficient visibility due to the heavy rain.
The Belgian Amaury Cordeel had started the race in 18th place. Jak Crawford, who had started from pole position, was one of the drivers to crash as early as lap 2 of 28.
