The NASCAR guarantees high speeds, exciting races and spectacular crashes. Last weekend it was that time again on the Talladega Superspeedway.
The protagonist this time around was Joey Logano. His orange car was hit at one point in the Geico 500 ahead of Denny Hamlin’s. Due to the high speed, the tires immediately left the track, after which the racing car started a flight over its competitors.
Miraculously, the 30-year-old American didn’t hit any of the other cars and was able to retell it himself. “It evokes different emotions,” Logano said after seeing the images. “I am proud to be able to drive such a car, which is so safe that I can immediately talk about it after a crash like that. On the one hand I am disappointed that I am in that crash at all, on the other hand I am glad that I am still alive. ”
